An Internet Leased Line (ILL) is a dedicated, symmetric and uncontended Internet connection for businesses. Unlike shared broadband, an ILL offers:

• Committed bandwidth (1:1) – the full speed is reserved for you
• Symmetric speeds – same upload and download capacity
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) with defined uptime and response times
• Better latency, stability and reliability for mission-critical applications

This makes it ideal for offices, factories, data-heavy applications, VPN, CCTV, VoIP and cloud services.

We design bandwidth as per your requirement. Typical Internet Leased Line capacities range from 10 Mbps up to 1 Gbps and above. For smaller offices we usually start from 10–20 Mbps, while for data-heavy sites and data centers we deploy 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 500 Mbps or higher.

Yes, we provide a static public IP address with our Internet Leased Line services. Depending on the selected plan and technical requirement, multiple static IP addresses can also be allocated for servers, VPN access, CCTV, VoIP and other services.

We support both. Wherever feasible, we prefer fiber as the primary last mile. In locations where fiber digging is not possible, we use licensed/unlicensed RF (wireless) links as the last mile or as a backup. Many customers use a hybrid fiber + wireless design for higher availability.

Installation time depends on feasibility, permissions and type of last mile. For ready buildings or existing fiber routes, activation can be as quick as 5–10 working days. Where new fiber laying or special permissions are required, the timeline may be longer. Our team shares a clear project plan during the survey.

For Internet Leased Line and enterprise services, we provide an SLA-based connection with defined uptime and response commitments. The exact SLA (for example 99% or 99.5% uptime) is mentioned in your proposal and agreement, along with escalation matrix and support contact details.

Yes. We design and deploy point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links for distances typically from 1 km up to 50 km (line of sight permitting). Throughputs can range from 10 Mbps to 500 Mbps or more depending on spectrum, equipment and environment.

Yes, we offer MPLS/VPN and other private WAN solutions that securely interconnect your head office, branches, warehouses and plants. We can combine Internet Leased Line, wireless links and third-party tails to build a unified, secure network with centralised routing and monitoring.

Yes. We design complete CCTV/IP camera solutions including cameras, NVR, structured cabling, network design, recording storage and remote viewing. We can integrate CCTV with your Internet Leased Line or VPN for secure access from your head office or control room.

Yes, we provide managed IT services and comprehensive AMC for network devices, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers and end-user systems. Our team can act as an extended IT department for your organisation with regular health checks, preventive maintenance and on-call support.

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) continuously monitors backbone links. For customers, we provide phone, email and remote support during business hours, along with on-site support for enterprise accounts as per the agreed SLA. Escalation contacts and response timelines are clearly defined in your agreement.
